   ...Arbor Day became Labor Day on Tuesday for third graders at Monmouth Elementary School as they took turns digging a hole to plant a dawn redwood tree that, in about 50 years, will stand 60 feet high beside the school. Anti-tobacco group gets $80,292 grant
