Two players reached school milestones this week in Adams County girls basketball. On Tuesday, South Adams' senior Lexi Dellinger became the highest scoring girls player in South Adams history when she passed 90's great Athena Sherwood with 1,126 points in her career. On Friday night, Bellmont's Grace Hunter, a junior, eclipsed the 1,000-point plateau in the first quarter of the Squaws' win over Columbia City. She is the third player to reach the mark in Bellmont history behind only Lindy (Jones) Fuelling (1,081) and Krista Reinking (1,225).

Congratulations ladies!
