Blair, Southwood light up Jets on senior night, 89-66

MONROE — For the second time this season, Adams Central played a state contender in class 1A. 

On Tuesday night, #5 Southwood came to town and blistered the nets on their way to an 89-66 decision over the Jets at the Hangar. 

County players join 1,000-point club

Two players reached school milestones this week in Adams County girls basketball. On Tuesday, South Adams' senior Lexi Dellinger became the highest scoring girls player in South Adams history when she passed 90's great Athena Sherwood with 1,126 points in her career.
