Drug bust results in 18 arrests

    An overnight drug bust resulted in the arrest of 18 area residents, according to a news release from Adams County Sheriff Shane Rekeweg, following investigations by a joint taskforce of drug and narcotic’s investigators from Adams and Wells County Sheriff’s departments and Berne, Bluffton and Decatur police departments.
    The arrests were made in the early hours of Dec. 19 with the assistance of the Allen County Police Department, Jay County Sheriff’s Department, Geneva Police Department and the Indiana State Police.
    Those arrested were:
    Cassandra Crozier, 42, Decatur, was arrested by the Indiana State Police and charged with two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug and dealing in a synthetic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 and $15,000 surety.
    Shawn Beery, 41, Decatur, was arrested by Decatur police and charged with two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $7,500 surety.
    Madison Krauss, 30, Decatur, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with three counts of dealing in a narcotic drug and dealing in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $7,500 surety.
    Brandon Mincoff, 37, Decatur, was arrested by Decatur police and charged with dealing in a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $30,000 surety.
    Lindsey Hawkins, 34, Decatur, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with two counts of dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $30,000 surety.
    Devin Ledesma, 25, Decatur, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with dealing in a schedule I controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $5,000 surety.
    Danielle Osborne, 41, Bluffton, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $15,000 surety.
    Mia Bassett, 42, Decatur, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $30,000 surety.
    Jamie Rose, 43, Decatur, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and charged with dealing in a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $1,000 cash and $7,500 surety.
    Other arrests made, with no bond or additional information, were:
    Michael Fiely, two counts dealing methamphetamine, captured in Elkhart County.
    Elizabeth Jones, two counts dealing methamphetamine, captured in Allen County.
    Patrick Scott, conspiracy to dealing in methamphetamine.
    Robert Garringer, two counts dealing in methamphetamine.
    Mary Garringer, two counts dealing in methamphetamine.
    Jessie Mills, counts dealing in narcotic drugs.
    Tim Rose, two counts dealing in narcotic drugs.
    Dakota Nolan, dealing in synthetic substances.
