A machine: Litchfield uses motor to qualify for state

Covid has affected everyone differently in this pandemic, but for Dobie Litchfield, the month of December took every bit of stamina he had built up from a fine cross country season and eliminated it. By Christmas, Litchfield, like many of the Braves, had to start over.
After two convincing victories before Bellmont’s outbreak, Litchfield suffered his first loss of the season, 5-4, against Penn. He wasn’t the only one who struggled that day. Bellmont lost 64-6.
“I was just so out of shape,” recalls Dobie.
